The issue is that the league has no rep and very low wages. You'll need to scout significantly poorer countries (at least South America and Africa in addition to East Europe and perhaps Austria) to get players who won't ask you for 10k/w wages which is in absolute not that much 2bh. It rules out most of Central Europe (outside of Austria), Scandinavia doesn't work (higher development tier), South Europe overpays its players to attract them too, >eplel, the biggest Sudaca clubs are ruled out too. You'd better rely on youth development for long term success or it's gonna be a pain.

The other way to do it is to do it like Bay- sorry, Maribor. Poach the best players in the league as much as possible. It will be difficult to poach from Olimpija and near impossible from Maribor. The issue with that is that you will simply rape those teams out of their best players, so they won't help you promoting the league in terms of European rankings or reputation. So don't hesitate to be very generous to Slovenian clubs: overpay the players (you have enough money for that anyway), put some %age of next sale clause so that you'll keep giving them money, sell your shitters (who would be near stars for their teams) for very low money and don't hesitate to loan your youngsters to them with no fee as well as allowing them to play against your team.

Quite honestly, it's been three or four saves in a row he's unprofessional but quite ambitious. Haven't had any luck with it. But even some of the heights of the players are random: Zan Pelko once was a manlet with no Eccentricity, then he was Van Der Sar tall with loads of Ecc. The only thing that didn't change much was his potential and how shit he was on penalties. Attacking, without too much pressing unless i feel i dont have control over the midfield against lesser teams, then i press them. I go high up the pitch when i feel that my strikers get only speculative long passes from their teammates and don't create too much.
Against 4-3-2-1 i just get overwhelmed. Will try to have defensive guys on the side to help curb the wing backs that go forward. I usually have my DLP (not any good at defending) on the right side. Box2Box in the middle and defensive CM on the left.
