Arturo Vidal has been worth more than the 60 million I paid for him. After my 1st season with Chelsea, I was able to pry away Vidal for a hefty fee. I know, 60 million sounds like a lot and I was kind of iffy on it at the time. but now, I realize how great it has been.I do not use him in his preferred position, and have him as more of a defender in my scheme because I wanted other players in the M (DLP) role, so his ratings are never great, about a 7 the past couple years. where his value has shown is in mentoring. He may only have a "driven" personality, but its extremely helpful when paired with 20 determination. I always have him tutoring some youth player. Pairing him with Costa and Terry, any youth player of value has extremely high determination and either driven or professional mentality, and it is beginning to show.
On a side note: if I have Terry tutor a player will he ever reach Terry's mentality of Born Leader?
