LaFell has, what, 10 by himself?, and Julian and Danny are rock-solid receivers but can't catch everything because of their height.
Having probably THE most pass-first offense in the league does increase their frequency, yes, but LaFell and Dobson's feet are making them come down with a bad case of butterfingers for more than a few weeks, it's probably to shuffle things around and explore options until they can run routes without having to slow down because >muh foot.

Cooper is having a lot of trouble with quick slant passes and it sucks because Carr puts them right on the money/in stride.
One thing to note is the last year during OTA's and training camp Raiders receivers said that it was hard to catch pass form Carr because he put a lot of heat on them and you can clearly tell he's adjusting because he tends to hold back and tries to beat defenses with touch rather than bullet pass.

This is the crux of the issue. I don't mind the scheme, but I do question why you have by far the best DL in football and feel the need to constantly blitz. Seems counterproductive. But the offense is going nowhere with Fisher in charge. He's drafted at least 1 running back in every draft since joining the team, and it's fucking hurting.
2012: Isaiah Pead(2nd) and Daryl Richardson(7th). Both practice squad players.
2013: Tavon Austin(1st) and Zac Stacy(5th). The former is a mediocre gadget player and the latter is a mediocre volume back.
2014: Tre Mason(3rd). Mediocre as hell. Probably best as a change of pace back.
2015: Todd Gurley(1st). Pretty good, but the media overrates him. He's not an Adrian Peterson type player. But he'll still be really good as long as he's healthy.
