Cooper is having a lot of trouble with quick slant passes and it sucks because Carr puts them right on the money/in stride.
One thing to note is the last year during OTA's and training camp Raiders receivers said that it was hard to catch pass form Carr because he put a lot of heat on them and you can clearly tell he's adjusting because he tends to hold back and tries to beat defenses with touch rather than bullet pass.

He misses, but he also makes huge, huge plays and in recent weeks he has cut down on his interceptions considerably. It's why no one's saying he's top 5 but they're saying he's approaching elitism. If Bortles managed to reach a 64-65% completion rating his stats would be absurd.
Volume passers aren't ideal, but they can get the job done and they score points. The Jaguars are a 10-6 team at worst with a competent defense.
