The best I can do is to be honest, really.
Fisher and GM Les Snead built the defensive side team well. Very strong and physical philosophy, especially the defensive line. the defensive scheme made adjustments (only after 5 or 6 games!) and the sacks came fast last year. All they had to do was use their DLine talent correctly and not fucking blitz 7 guys every play. The line is still doing a solid job this year but R Quinn and Long have been out a fair amount with injuries, and it shows.
The offense is pure shite right now aside from Gurley and Austin. Once we get a QB, head coach, and OC worth a damn (so after next season when Fisher's contract is up), I think we'll be headed in the right direction. Right now, it's a shitshow, and you'll need a lot of patience to deal with it.
We are a run first, defense first, ground and pound team. It's rough, and it's bare. Injuries are guaranteed when teams play us, and we scare teams every week.The philosophy is solid, but we'll really need someone better to truly turn it into a great system. If you like physical, close games, then welcome aboard.
Also, if they actually do move to LA, the Royal Blue/Golden Yellow combo might come back, which is considered to be one of the GOATS in the league. A bit of a positive for you since being in the home city doesn't matter much for you.
