Where should I do my first FM16 save lads?
In the previous years I always picked a team from a really low league and turned my club into the GOAT. I'm tired of that, mainly because it's too easy. Getting back to back promotions is not hard at all, in fact lower league FM is the easiest shit out there, it's just tedious and takes time (but no skill). And when you do that and get into the EPL or the Bundesliga, you get a shitload of money so that you can compete instantly and become a powerhouse in the CL quickly.
This year, I'd like to do a save in a shithole that is so poor that it really holds me back. A league that is so bad that you simply cannot become one of Europe's greatest teams simply by becoming one of the best teams from your nation. I want it to be almost impossible for me to win the CL, even if I become the best team in my league.
At the same time, I don't want the league to be too easy. I don't want to dominate the league and make it a one team league after getting CL money for 1-2 years.
Does such a league exist?

Well, what should I do then?
I always find it extremely easy to become the dominating team in any league, it just takes time. After a few seasons of top flight football, the leagues become boring and I win every game by 3-5 goals.
So I guess I should rather pick a real shithole that has next to no chance to even qualify for CL to make it extremely difficult for me to win the CL, because the league will be a joke after a few years anyway.
Which league would be the best for this? Should I just pick the league that has the lowest reputation of them all (out of those that are playable)? Or are there any clubs that make this sort of challenge more interesting for some reason (for example, managing San Marino as a club and country etc) or unique?
