Will he be looked back upon in history as a disappointment?
I mean even with superb career stats and accolades he's only gotten two championships out of it. And that was after leaving one team. And now he can't win one with that same team again.
Being perhaps the most physically gifted athlete of the last 50 years and only having a few rings to show for it sounds pretty disappointing to me. The talent doesn't match the results.

Why are female commentators a thing? Not only do they not know shit about sports, they lack the passion for them that is inherent in men. They talk about sports like they're talking about shoes. In high pitched squeals about the most shallow aspects their tiny minds can wrap their heads around. It makes my ears bleed.

I remember one day while watching a football game there was no commentary, at all. At first I didn't really notice b/c I was enjoying the game. But then it became obvious that while I could hear the sounds of the stadium and on the field, there was no one talking.
Turns out my remote got switched to the alt audio channel, and there wasn't any spanish for some reason.
I would love if there was a no commentator option for sports. Most of the commentators are horrible IMO. It doesn't matter if they are male or female.
That being said...I don't watch hockey in general, but they seem to have good commentators. Perhaps that is because they don't have time to BS during the game.

hi im actually an american and I have an idea or two to improve soccer
why don't you make it so that shots on the posts or crossbar count as goals? it wouldn't change the game intrinsically at all but it would lead to higher scoring
or to prevent glances off and behind racking up the goal count you could like, make it so that if it hits the post, it has to land inside the playing field to count as a goal or something
also remove offsides but make it so that players can't go into the opposing diving square at all. this removes diving and speeds up the game while providing entertaining blooters all day long
