No, he was a white knight cuck like pic related. He could have been from lib arts or business, as it usually is.

Never pick up a woman who was a slut, because she will forever be a slut. You may fuck her one or more times. You can use her for all I care. Actually, even have her as your gf if that will secure easy sex.

BUT NEVER EVER EVER AND I MEAN EVER MARRY AN EX-SLUT.

I would get married if the rules of engagement didn't give all the power to the woman. It's better to get rich and fuck bitchez like fuckdolls until you die.

26 KB,
Hi, can someone here help me with some python?

I am trying to generate a list of random length (but between 3-15; in following example), containing random integers (between 1-10 in following example).

At first I tried using the random.sample function:
>a=random.sample(range(1,10) , random.randrange(3,15))
But then learnt that it picks unique elements from the given population - hence the length of my first argument must be greater than the value of my second argument.

What other methods are there that I can generate a...

You could try numpy
def ran_list():
return np.random.randint(3,16,random.randint(1,10))
>>
>>7810263
thank you. that fixed it for me.

i slightly modified it and am now using:
>testlist=[random.randrange(0,100) for i in range(random.randrange(2,20))]

(ignore the different number ranges i selected).

thanks, bye!

Ok so Man of Steel kind of sucked but it does make me wonder

will people ever evolve to the point where we are no longer creatures who reproduce sexually? I mean, think of how convenient it would be if we could just facilitate the whole process through futuristic technology, and no longer have to spend so much time bending to the will of your primitive instincts which beg you to begin a relationship and have sex and all that stuff. It takes up so much of our lives.

Of course we will. One day in the future babies will be made in artificial wombs, allowing women to be more productive and less exposed.

More genetic extremes will be women born without a womb or any of that bullshit that make them bleed each month.
The most crazy would be removing the men's balls, removing the sperm and all the mess that brings.

Sex can continue for fun and socializing but all the hassle of nature will be removed.

I'd like it based on the fact we would be able to control the population.

Ein paar deutsche Anons hier die mir bei diesem Rätsel helfen können?
(Bild relatiert auch)
Es ist eine verschlüsselte Matrix. Der Schlüssel ist
A=5 -3
. -3 2

Es muss von links kodiert werden
245 215 285 515 275 345
378 348 448 818 428 558

(Die Zahlen und der Schlüssel stehen so übereinander wie hier nur halt in einer klammer wie bei einer Bruchrechnung)

Wenn die Matrix decodiert ist setze für a=11, b=21, c31usw bis y=251, z=261

If you're a strong fundamental reasoner/algorithmic intelligence then yes there's a way for you to learn at a more rapid pace provided a specific kind of post-singularity information that only people like us can generate. If someone comes to you asking for solutions to NP-hard or NP-complete problems, tell them to kindly fuck off and solve negotiation theory in their own timeline and stop concealing their temporally parasitic aspect using time travel.

NP stands for non-polynomial. There's a thread on this board right now where you can see a shill soliciting...

Well, I'm studying engineering, but I found that the engineering method for learning calculus (rote memorization) is shitty as fuck.

Learn things "the hard way". In this case, learn calculus as a math major would, read and understand the proofs, and then things will stop being a clusterfuck of stamp-collecting and will turn into simple logic.

any introductory material science textbook. hopefully you took general chemistry.
>>
Majority of engineers take a fairly large course that serves as an introduction to Materials Sciences.

My book for that class was called "Materials Sciences and Engineering: An Introduction".

http://www.amazon.ca/Materials-Science-Engineering-An-Introduction/dp/0470419970

There are a billion similar books out there. They all cover roughly the same material.

You'll struggle to understand without a decent grasp on first-year engineering concepts (think, basic Chemistry and Mechanics)

The first one is trivial. The next two are also pretty easy.

You suck op.
>>
If you want to study, imo, do lots of problems. The more you do, the more you get a feel of what to look for on each one.

Some general ones:
1. Draw the region described.
2. Find the number of poles, if any, and the order of each.
3. Compare them to the given region. Which ones lie in it? Which ones don't?
4. Then just apply Cauchy Residue Theorem.

Anything else, and it gets problem-specific.

I hope this helps a little.

About negative temperature:

I understand how you can get it in a system and so on, but why does it not break the second law of thermodynamics, as entropy is decreasing in the system? Obviously I did not fully understand the second law, but what is the explanation?

>>7810143
It's a sliding scale thing; the universe's most cold temperature is absolute zero. In worlds that allow for non-entropic energy system, cold magic can dip down into the negative millions. It's often a very good way to put a permanent end to something.

Lots of people here have learned a great deal by teaching themselves from books. I think that's interesting and am informally surveying anyone here who likes to learn from textbooks:

A. Textbooks are usually really long. How much time do you usually find you spend with a text before you feel comfortable with a topic, confident?

B. How do you process a textbook? Do you start at page 1 and work straight through, including exercises? Do you start with exercises and go back to the chapter? Do you read everything once then go back in depth with the exercises?

C. Any input you feel is helpful/important to digesting knowledge from a textbook

I have been studying Jech on and off for two years, working through it linearly. I take breaks from it sometimes to study other texts, but I study for hours a day. I always read textbooks linearly. I have taught myself exclusively through self-study; as an undergrad I almost never attended class, preferring to self-teach.

Depends on the size and content. Computer science/programming textbooks usually take me 1-2 weeks. Maths textbooks on a single topic (e.g. linear algebra or calculus) and less than 500 pages take me between 2 weeks and a month. A big and dense textbook (eg. microelectronics/sedra) can take me more than 2 months.

Generally the more broad the content the longer it takes for me.
