Hello everyone! I don't really do these threads anymore but someone told me to do pizza so I did something very silly. Instead of using a real crust I used a flour tortilla and cooked it in a skillet to crisp the bottom and then finished it under the broiler. It's got tomato sauce, mozzarella, sliced thin sweet peppers, sauteed mushrooms, pepperoni (crappy Hormel brand kind) and gruyere cheese, which should have been parm but I have too messy fridge rn and didn't want to dig for it.
It's pretty good just obv. not as filling as real pizza cuz it's pretty light on the whole bread aspect to it...
