hello ppl! i don't have much time today <_<;;
but i am posting some foods i made. it's fish and shrimp, poached in wine with shallots, and a sauce made from the cooking liquid plus milk and cream and egg yolks and butter, spooned over the fish and broiled (i made too much of the sauce but i'm saving it for use as a pasta sauce). and the bread is homemade too.

and salalad is just lettuce, cooked and cooled asparagus and a basic shallot vinaigrette. everything was pretty yum.
btw asparagus pee surprises me every time i always forget i've eaten it o_O lol
