Even though it's night, as soon as I opened up [s4s], it was like a smooth ray of sweet Vitamin D came rushing into me, invigorating my endorphin glands into motion!
Welcome to the [s4s] OC Albume thread series! As your host, I find it of utmost import to reveal to you what the OC Albume is, and to be sure that everyone can become part of the joy and wonder that each [s4s] OC Albume has brought to the starving children of the world.
Much like a microcosm, [s4s] is a relentlessly morphing entity. Over the years it has taken many forms: kekball, skype, irc, plug.dj, lupchan, magazines, websites, games, film festivals, radio shows...the list goes on! And since its inception, [s4s] has found great joy in creating the most dank and ebin musice known to modern internet culture: The [s4s] OC Albume series.
Over the course of the last 3 years, [s4s] has released 8 unique albumes, as well as 3 short EPs. The project runs for approximately one month's time, though time can vary depending on the status of production, and I have news for you! This project is starting RIGHT NOW, and YOU are invited to take part in this very special event.
[s4s] is currently on its 9th OC Albume! On average, [s4s] has released 3 albumes and 1 EP per year. That's pretty impressive!
To become part of the project, simply reply to this thread. Submit music, name suggestions, lyrics, graphic art, song ideas, and meet fellow musicians here on [s4s].
