Feet are shapely and can be quite aesthetic and are shaped by secondary sex hormones. Elbows don't have much going on and I don't think they differ any between the sexes.

The whole body is going to be shaped by hormones, and it happens far more notably with other body parts. It's not like the hips or the chest, as far as I can tell women's feet just seem to be smaller less hairy versions of men's feet. Otherwise they just appear as misc. body part. Also why do people on this site keep using "aesthetic" as a predicative adjective? I never see this shit in normal English.

I don't know buddy, I think what helps do it for me is: feet are supposed to be something that's commonly thought of as nasty or gross, unappealing. I like seeing attractive women, I like seeing their feet, imagining having sex with them and I find the woman beautiful, but her feet are "gross", they're supposed to be, it's something that should be unattractive to me while we're having sex (missionary, her legs over my shoulders, her feet are near my face (gross, but it isn't). Feet are pretty different. It's not just the size but the shape as well, women's feet have narrower heels and and women have more feet problems than men (even if the woman doesn't wear high heels) because the cartilage in their feet is looser and stretchier and that's not good for how we currently build shoes. Which is why shoe companies are starting to study women's feet more often to try to create better shoes for women.

The part of the brain you're referring to is the somatosensory cortex, which controls your sense of touch. A cross-wiring would give the sensation of feeling in incorrect parts of the body, ie touching a footfriend's foot would feel like touching his penis. But that's not what footfriends are like, it's a visual stimulation by the sight of other people feet. Their own sense of touch isn't a part of it.

No, they're aesethtic to anyone. And hands don't arouse me at all but hands can still be quite beautiful. Ears might be able to be beautiful, I don't think I've ever looked deeply at ears before though. I don't think knees and elbows can be aesethtic.
