I briefly worked in an ER in a hospital where this old guy came in that was on death's door. Everyone knew what was about to happen, there were lots of people there including about 10 family members and a priest. It all seemed very planned. I was there watching it all go down, the EKG didn't go flatline like it does in movies, the heart continues to beat in an irregular manner for a long time after the person has "died".
About a month ago I was driving and saw the scene of an accident. I didn't see any bodies but there was a slightly damaged car and a motorcycle that was completely destroyed, no way they could have lived after that.
