Interpals is an internet penpal website on the decline. It used to be packed with qts galore but now it's far more difficult to find any that haven't been around several months/years and are wise to the game, and overall user numbers are down. The intention for many is ostensibly to learn languages and share cultures but romance isn't unheard of. There are a fucking ton of SEA grils trying to get visas out of you and Ruskies trying to scam you. /int/ has had many threads about it in the past.
