I read "Of Two Minds" by T. M. Luhrmann, which i found really interesting. Its about the split between biomedical and psychodynamic approaches to psychiatry, and how bodies outside of the medical system (like insurers etc) put pressure for cost effective treatment at the expense of what is best for the patient. Its about the American system, but its definitely increasingly relevant here too. Idk if you're interested in this stuff other than how it applies to your own treatment, but if you are i recommend it
