I say nurse, it was just a mass with legs.
its face was slits cut into it its mass.
its opened its mouth and this protrusion came out of it, and the protrustion had a head on the end and the head bit things and that's how it grabbed onto you to take you back to the correct level.
It would have made a great horror film if I had all the memories and was able to draw.
