It's not hardcore manipulation. But if you watch carefully she'll moderate what she says and when she says it. She's acutely aware of how her words affect people and attempts to control it.
As I said, manipulation isn't fundamentally bad. It's integral to control, which is exactly what I like about Pizza. It feels likes she's in control or at least doesn't completely cede control the second someone else vies for it.

Yeah that seems to be pretty common, but it's kind of hard to watch. Some trans-girls really struggle to pass but you're adorable. So I can't imagine how they feel when you get mopey about your looks.

Well, what you need to do is what's called "getting out of your own head." the most straightforward way to get out of your own head is to study and perform stage acting.
Now I hope you're not thinking "But guy on the internet I don't know, I can't perform on a stage! that's scary!" because bad news: if you can't perform on a stage with everyone watching you, you can't perform in front of a mic in a recording studio with everyone watching you. TRUST ME. I MADE THIS MISTAKE.
So get out there and join your kindergarten or grade school or high school or college drama group today!
