OP toothpaste will make them significantly smaller. Apply it for an hour then wash it off. Next few days the skin on your head will peel off like crazy and it will look scary but that's all. Repeat a few times and those things will become insignificant, although still visible.

However if you want to get rid of them forever take a knife and heat the tip up over a candle for a minute. Then slighty tip them with it. Don't press it on your dick. Just tip the tip with it and they will shrink down immediately and you won't even feel it. Some you have to touch a second time but most will be completely gone after the first.
