I know this feeling all too well. Currently on a bit of a downer after finishing my last JRPG, taking some time to reflect on it, think about it while listening to the soundtrack.

I've sat in on many group interviews at asda. The key is listening to other people but a bit of willingness to take the lead. For example you may be given a group task with a big piece of paper to write on. Be the one to offer to write. Take control of the pice of paper when it's handed out. Then sit back and listen. Give other members of your group equal attention.

Depends what you want to do with your life. 18 - 20K is pretty much a house deposit in most of the uk outside the SE, so you could potentially buy a place and start paying your own mortgage rather than some bastard landlords.
Otherwise, set 6 month's worth of living expenses aside for emergencies and either invest the rest in a tracker fund or piss it away on whatever you're into.
