For a period of time I had a doppelganger where I used to live. I was a NEET shut-in at the time and almost never left my house, and I didn't know anyone in town since I had just barely moved in. A few months after I moved in I ordered a pizza, and the delivery guy starting calling me by my first name and talking to me about how we went to that party together, asked me what I thought about that new teacher, picked out some weird personal details very casually and said we should hang out again at his house. I was too autistic to say anything back so I just laughed and closed the door on him
Something similar happened when a random cashier also started calling me by my first name and shooting the shit with me like I knew her

It was something along the lines of a boy with his family. His family got killed by some ghost or something and he pretended to be asleep or something. And when he opened his eyes a bit there was written on the wall with blood: "I know you're awake" or something like that.
