I've been calorie counting (cut right down to 1500-2000 calories a day. No snacking, except for fruits or half a handful of nuts and raisins) and exercising lately. I'm trying anon. I don't want to be a fat piece of shit. I gained weight all through my childhood till I hit about 23 stone at 18. I kind of yoyo up and down a stone every year or so.
