This is when I decided to get my blood levels checked

No. I purchased 100 ampules for 300 euros. 1 ampule contains 1ml, which contains 250mg testosterone.

Most stuff like that is visible in a blood test too. I thought I was depressed because I was always tired and sometimes felt winded after mere mental stress. (As compared to last year) Blood test showed I didn't have close to enough iron. Should have been obvious because I had an operation where I ofc lost blood and it's hard to get iron in your diet.
