Your body is probably in starvation mode so it is working to retain fat. If you are a fatty your body probably needs 3000cl a day so you should be aiming to eat 2500cl a day while exercising that way your body will be happy to lose weight without being worried that you're going to die.

I've worked in supermarkets and factories but nothing tops the paper round I used to have to do every Tuesday when I was about 14.
Did it after school, after PE, was fucking knackered and had to go out and do a 2 hour paper round in whatever weather came. (had to prepare the newspapers too and put leaflets in them which took nearly another 2 hours).
Traumatised by it, ended up getting another paper round on top of that and did both (absolute madman) after school. Hard bloody work, so glad I don't have to go out in the pissing rain anymore.
