I hopped on the bandwagon in 2004 because they were good and weren't the Lakers. I turned my back on my hometown team, the Warriors, because they sucked ass.
I am paying for it now. Haha.
Maybe it's because the Kings have sucked for a decade, but I'm kinda curious now about not being a fan of any team, and instead just being a fan of good basketball and watching the good teams play good basketball. Bad basketball and good basketball are such different games that I feel like I am depriving myself by not watching other teams play until the playoffs.

Although I'm European and have basically never seen a full NBA game, I like the Celtics. I started to get to know them when I had a time when I played basketball recreationally, watched Youtube videos, and stumbled on Larry Bird videos. He led me to Celtics, and I started following their past and present more closely.
