So I have no idea for most of that, but I'm trying some stupid shit to keep me on top of my bills.
I decided to get some scrap paper and a paper cutter and make some really shitty fake bills.
I then got some little boxes and post-its and put them in front of my desk so I constantly see them.
Each of the post-its tells me what the box is (checking, savings, creditcard debt, ISP bill, ect.) and I can physically move the fake money to where it needs to go.
It's counter intuitive but it helps fix a subtle problem I have where I find it difficult to constantly keep track of my online bank account.
Physically seeing the money move and how much is left tells me when it's ok to spend a little extra or tighten up the belt.
