We have been on and off for about 3 years now, we're not in a relationship but I go to visit for a few days every 2 months or so, we normally end up kissing and I've slept with her a few times (the only girl I've had sex with). I live in Durham and she lives in Sheffield.
About 6 months ago I gradually stopped messaging her because I was going through a rough time and basically cut myself off from the outside world.
