I had a hypoglycemic attack and passed out and smashed most of my teeth on the floor.
Found out I had early onset diabetes and I had to get pretty much all of my teeth fixed on the same day.

I think you'll have an easier time going there than the JC. It's not going to be full of delinquent chavs for a start.
You'll meet with an advisor and you'll talk to them about your situation or whatever, be sure to emphasise your anxiety and how you hate being around people and how you don't feel like you're ready for work yet.
They'll try and come up with things for you to do like research x and y or try to contact z. They'll push the volunteer side HARD though just to try and get you used to the idea of work or whatever.
You shouldn't be actually *forced* to do any work that you're not capable of I think.
I had 3 advisors in total because they kept leaving. The second advisor put me on a "work skills" course and it was a nightmare.
Work skills courses operate under the assumption that everyone who goes on them is an absolute bottom of the barrel retard. My advisor said that "I really think it would help your confidence" man she was wrong.

Speaking from experience, crem/mortuary work is just like any other job. You'll have paperwork to do and procedures to follow, and if you make a mistake regarding jewellery/personal effects of the deceased you can kiss your job goodbye.

He told him that it was the other drivers fault (reversed into the back of his car while in car park, had passengers to back him up), wanted to make sure though that his own insurance wouldn't be affected, that the other guys insurance would pay up. He kept asking if he understood, then he asks him to repeat everything, he always does this and it always pisses poleaboo off because it's not just patronizing, it annoys him because Poleaboo is the smart one and he is being treated like he is thicker, so the patronising questioning isn't warranted. Poleaboo doesn't go for it and responds with silence or "no" to piss his dad off, then they shout at each other.
The conversation with the insurance guy lasted 30-40 minutes, poleaboo dad put the phone on speaker and flipped out whenever poleaboo answered a question without repeating it to him first. The guy on the other end of the phone, nice man, common, had to tell poleaboos dad to stop shouting at poleaboo.
Poleaboos dad got worried at the end of the call that the other party would decline responsibility and his insurance would be affected even though from what Poleaboo understood everything would be fine, the advisor tried to reassure him but he instead just put in a notification and said he "go private"
Bit more fighting after it was over, Poleaboos dad told him to get a job. Poleaboo took a long shower to calm down.

You don't necessarily need to stop, so much as you should just try and cut down; caffeine tablets aren't something you should really take regularly unless you're doing something like an 18-hour shift with a day of rest after it.
Try dropping to only one or two cups of coffee for a week or two during midday and if you can manage to tough it out you'll likely find yourself needing it less.
And while it's highly subjective, I find 7 hours to be the sweet spot as far as sleep length goes, sometimes a little bit less.
