Yeah, I know this is pathetic as fuck at my age. Something like this happens maybe once a year for me (not usually to this extent though) and happened even while I was actually employed. I don't know if i'm doing something horribly wrong or what. I've been trying to make up for my fuckups by going to college to study computer science while using my free time to practice and read up on programming and shit like that by i'm always "doing fuck-all" according to my dad. I've got pretty much no mates irl and no one to talk to about this.
I'm looking up properties for rent right now and really want to get away from this shithole even if it means living like a poorfag.
I have no idea how housing benefits or the like work. Is there a hope's chance in fuck of me being able to live alone in a cheap flat with no job? Thinking about cancelling my therapy sessions.
It's been a few months and I understand the gist of it. Drum into my head over and over, day and night that it's all in my head.
To be honest, I don't know if that's preferable or not to living with the affliction.
I'm not looking to be Chad, I just want to do things that normal people do all the time, like answer the phone, hold a conversation, go outside at rush hour, not spending every waking moment worrying about every little thing that can go wrong.
My 'condition' is the worst it's ever been because of the therapy and I don't want to do it any more. I'll live with myself as I am instead.
