You're causing permanent neurotoxic damage.
Amphetamine DOES have real sustained benefits, but only if you respect it, eg, taking 3-5 day breaks between doses and not going above the theraputic dose range. You're not doing either of those things.
If you want to take adderall every day and not fuck yourself, you need to be even MORE rigorous about exercise, sleep and nutrition.
