Bankers, Lawyers, and Corporations can do anything it seems. Wealthy people form corporations and trusts for their investments.
Trend is Outsourcing everything to avoid all rules in Regulations, in Banking Reports, in Financial Disclosures, in Auditing, in Accounting Rules, and in Financial Structures or Instruments... in addition to outsourcing jobs overseas to avoid Labor Rules and Environmental Rules.

Money sent off shore is like currency leakage or monetary leakage. This money could work in local economies as it is spent or reinvested. Same as if we have Wall Street Banks who have loans in our city/county... the money is extracted and leaves the local economy. Money moving offshore is no longer in our Economy and may require new money creation to build up money stock velocity. MV2 or MZMV.

Rich people have all the angles worked out and by the time we are on to the game, they have moved to new strategies.
They just have to be able to undercut the competition with their product or service or provide a better service. usually this means economies of scale or using low cost labor. Or they just need to collect Usury on Loans, Credit and Debt.
