Considering that his presidency would generate a more politically incorrect cultural climate, there is the chance that being a flaming faggot will no longer be socially acceptable because normal people won't be afraid to call you a faggot anymore. And if Trump manages to bring back blue collar jobs, then building a nuclear white family becomes a more viable option, which would discourage being a faggot further.

Prominent all over but are especially numerous in the South and Rust Belt.
"Rockafeller" Republicans- The old old guard of the GOP, who formed the establishment up until the end of the Eisenhower era and the rise of the Neocons. Tend to be secular and more socially moderate in the old fasioned sense (don't like cultural marxist bs, but are disgusted with the hardline positions Evangelicals and Tea Partiers take on many issues like abortion ect.). Dominate in the Northeast (NJ, NY, NH, MA, ME, ect.). Most are Catholic. Like Trumps buisness friendly economic policies, protectionism, and more moderate positions on certain social issues.

Libertarians- 2nd smallest faction in the Republican party. Remnants of the Ron/Rand Paul supporters. Believe in minimal government and free market economics and actually believe it. Very Ideological and are militantly pro free trade and laissiez-fair(sp?) economics. Are socially centrist based on their strong support for civil liberties. Are against military intervention. Due to the strength of their beliefs however, have difficulty coming up with answers to modern problems such as dealing with mass immigration, radical cultural marxism, and terrorist threats like ISIS.
Minorities- smallest group in the republican party. Not really a unified group as different ethnic groups in different states tend to vote differently.

One of the big points was that he is going to destroy state boundaries for insurance companies. Essentially now, a company can't sell insurance to someone out of state, which has created a one or two company monopoly on health insurance in every state. This, combined with Obamacare forcing everyone to buy, has caused prices to skyrocket. If you allow the companies in every state to compete, prices will go down as they try to sell to the people.
That's just one part of it, anyway. He has outlined the plan well on his website.
