The more I research the Yemen peace discussion, the more I begin to hate the Saudi Regime. Yemen, at this moment, is on the precipice of National unity and peace, but the Saudi Government does not want this... This is odd to me as it would suggest that there is a deeper issue regarding this; Let me explain, the Houthi forces have agreed to withdraw from all of the major cities and allow the Hadi-led forces to lead Yemen again, but this has not occured. Why? Because the Saudi regime, along with their gulf allies, continue to bombard Houthi forces, which has prevented any and all peace discussions. The only possible theory that I can come up with is that the Saudi's are preventing peace talks is that Yemen would no longer be a puppet state, Yemen would ally itself with Iran and threaten the current power balance that the Saudi regime is trying to preserve in the middle east, Sunnis and Shiites would continue to co-exist peacefully(remember Saudi Arabia is a Sunni State), Saudi Arabia will never recover their lost land(They may even lose more should the Hadi and Saleh forces reconcile and wage war against Saudi Arabia), and that the pro-Saleh(houthi) coalition will have a significant presence and influence over the Yemenite politics.

One of my grandads is still alive, well into his nineties but he's lost it almost completely.
He used to be an absolute dick and used to yell at my grandma for no reason and claim that he hated her. After she died he went into a state of depression and realised how much he missed her.
My other grandfather passed away around 5-6 years ago now, chronic bronchitis caused from a lifetime of smoking along with other health conditions, he lived in Europe so i never got to see him much. He was possibly the nicest human being I have ever met, always there to help you and always laughing about something, never angry. It's a shame he had to die.
