Hi there, let me explain this fr you OP as well as others in this thread.
This current society is a mix between honor, dignity and victimhood. Dignity and honor are from the past, victomhood is from the present. As everything has become much more easier for women to vote, have sex and generally get away with more than men do in a social environment, victimizing the self is the only way to appeal to honor.
For example: A white female claims she is being harassed by a black student. The black student then claims she was making fun of his race. Even if this was a lie, the black student is often relegated as being the victim, and thus the actual victim being pushed aside.
Also remember that women have a very broad sense of emotions that men cannot detect unless taught (yay me -_-)
Basically a woman is in constant need of love, when she doesn't get it she resorts to bad behavior. The more bad behavior, the more other women copy her. The more women copy her, the social constructs are changed, men have to appeal to these now neverending victims to get out of dodge. The whole system is currently unable to be rectified save for the removal of women's rights to vote, the reincarnation of a patriarchal system and the ousting of those in power who know the emotional standpoint of women and men who want to avoid conflict.
