It's hard to call it a conspiracy when it's pretty out in the open. Sure, you can try to argue against things like "Soros hates whites". But there's zero argument you can make against Soros being involved in a variety of social unrest movements.
In fact, you'd get laughed out of any intelligent discussion for trying to say that Soros DOESN'T cause societal upheaval. Just look at what he did with some former Soviet bloc countries.
