I havent found any solutions that aren't considered drastic and have no chance of becoming a reality, mainly cutting off welfare for single mothers so they can finally realize just how fucking STUPID it is to raise a child WITH NO INCOME. The penalty for crimes like murder and violent, forced rape carry the death penalty, clearing much of the negative black population. Within 50 years, I would predict the black population would drop from about 13% to 6% with these populations alone, and by the end of 100 years, only 2% of the black population would be left, and due to the current welfare system, it would be the smartest, least violent blacks.
New school program. If your kid fails x number of classes, instead of repeating grades they are taken from deadbeat parents and sent to large military academy type schools for deadbeat kids. This program will at grade 5 so we can identify those children with legitimate learning disabilities and not send them away. Kid cannot return home until high school graduation with limited parental interaction until that time. If all of your children are in attendance at one time you cannot receive any government benefits whatsoever until the last child graduates, and when those benefits are cut off they do not start again because you got pregnant again just for the gibmedats.
