I am around a quarter Seminole and am a member of the tribe. Actual Native Americans are pretty based, but the weird many god worshiping beaners descended from Aztecs and the likes from Mexico are of course despicable and have about as much in common with us as the Philippinos do with the Japanese. The rest of my heritage is German, English and Scotts-Irish.
The Seminole actually have a noble history in terms or war and resistance. The tribe was formed out of those who wanted to keep fighting from the tribes of lower Alabama and Florida, and fight they all did. Down literally almost to the last man and never formally signed a treaty with the United States government. What's especially hilarious is that the tribe also took in large amounts of escaped black slaves and put them to work to farm for the war and survival efforts. Their is a belief that black obtained their highest form of civilization in the United States in working for the Seminole tribe. They were given no tribal rights, and those that followed others to Oklahoma were quickly booted out in trying to leach off of tribal benefits.
Researching the history of the Seminoles is fascinating whether one has a connection to the tribe or not. The cost of their war with the government is perhaps, for it's time, is the costliest the government ever fought against any native group by far and overall one of the costliest wars pound for pound for the U.S. period.
