We need to piece together the events of both Heidi's and Ted's life in the days and weeks leading up to 8/22/2005, the date the police report was filed for Heidi's breakdown. Ted Cruz was the solicitor general of Texas at the time, they had no children, and I believe Ted was working in Texas, while she was in DC at the time. This alone is evidence for indiscretion. At the time their residence was at 1510 Hartford Rd, Austin, Texas, which is just a few blocks from where the incident on the 22nd took place, at Mopac & Enfield at the Enfield on ramp.
