I have a problem with what you're presenting.
It takes a MODERN oven about two hours to incinerate one body.
Increasing the size of the oven wouldn't increase the speed at which the heat destroys a body as a larger container doesn't equal more heat.
Think about it like putting hot pockets in the microwave(lol amerifat) if you put one in at a time, it takes about 2.5 minutes to cook, if you put in two at once it can take upward of 7 minutes with the inside still being soggy. They are exposed to the same amount of heat for the same amount of time but because there is more mass to affect, the results are slower.
So up sizing an oven wouldn't do anything but consume more fuel for slower effects.
Speaking of fuel, if that many bodies were cremated, and it takes about 30kg of coke to cremate a body, if they were cremating 1440 as you are presenting, then about 43 metric tons of coke would be required PER DAY.
That seems like a pretty unattainable amount of resource to be sending daily to prison camps when there is a war happening.

Remembering that modern crematory ovens are designed for one body at a time and to burn so that air quality is not harmed would probably have an effect on burn time.

The death camps actually only killed ~3m. In total it was ~11m (~6m Jews and ~5m others) and most of them died due to malnutrition, resistance fighters, anger, or general war. They mostly killed the Jews in the camps since they 'hoped' they could make everyone else 'true Germans'.

The funny part about this whole thing is that historians are, very slowly, coming to terms with the fact that there is basically no evidence other than eye witness accounts from people who either claimed to have survived the gas chamber (a feat which is basically impossible) or heard rumors about gas chambers. At best the jewish version of the holocaust is like dramatic ethohistory. A legend or myth that is passed down among the generations to teach the young their culture's values.
