2 things. Firstly is the fact that attenpting to steal a person's blood and marrow would be met with proper resistance from the individual.
Secondly, libertarianism is not anarchy. So a libertarian society would still have a government, just kept as minimal as possible and would only do vital publuc tasks like rhe administration of law.
