I have actually observed this. In the valley I live in there is literally a two mile wide strip of shit where all the niggers and spics live. North of that strip are were all of the doctors and equivalent people live, and south of that strip are where all of the lower to mid middle class people live (everything from school teachers to construction managers, but still mostly two parent households). In this strip is almost all of the white trash packed in with the shit they associate with.
The Burger Kings in this strip of shit are packed with niggers in the back and things often go horribly wrong with your order. The further you get from this strip, the whiter the staff is (because the bus lines aren't as frequent that far away). By the time you hit four miles away, it is almost exclusively white high school and college kids working. Smaller staffs, and perfect food. And things are very fast. A really high turnover, but that is expected because they move on to better things. The staff at the Burger King near my work, situated unfortunately just off the strip of shit, has been the same for the last two years.
I guess I can say they are impressive for sticking with it, but it is out of sheer desperation and lack of other options. That is why they ruin your day when they can. I had to stock with fast food entirely eventually during my lunch while at work.
