A few weeks ago someone posted on here the calculations of what would happen if there was no abortion and all those black kids were born. It wasn't just a few million more blacks because all of those unaborted blacks would have had a bunch of kids and those kids would have had kids. The calculation came out to 190 million more blacks than we have now. There would also be more whites, hispanics, etc but those groups reproduce at much slower rates and get fewer abortions per capita. We'd be at or near a black majority now if there was no abortion.
