No, anorexia to a certain level is definitely healthier than being fat. People (and animals) with lifelong low calorie intake have shown remarkably increased lifespans.
It's also much more pleasing aesthetically, but your image is quite a bad example, she looks more like a starved german girl who survived a russian camp.
