I'm Asian. I can drink milk and eat ice cream as long as I do it on a regular basis. Even if your gut doesn't produce lactase, you can grow bacteria that do if you regularly eat dairy--the lactase producing bacteria are selected for in a lactate rich environment. Remember, humans began drinking milk BEFORE they evolved for lactase production, so you CAN drink milk without it. It just makes it easier and eliminated the need for an adaptation period after not having dairy for a while.

Anybody else have a horrible experience with suboxone and a good experience with methadone?

The point is, we want the feeling that you get from exercise. Real opioids like methadone provide that feeling, even if it is spread out over a long period. Fake opioids like suboxone dont.
