ADF (one big druid group) tries to be as true to pre-Christian Celtic religious belief as possible, but that still requires a good deal of imagination, because we don't know much about the druids' specific practices.
Honestly, you're probably better off going out into the woods on your own and just paying attention to the natural world, if you're looking for an earth-based spirituality. It's more sincere than listening to some well-intentioned bearded hippies doing what they imagine the Celts did two thousand years ago.
