all leathers now usually have perforation and "aramid stretch material" in the non essential sliding bits, see it inside the arms and legs in the bits that won't be sliding, this stuff flows pretty well really.
Once you're moving it's not too bad, I'm not very fit and I've hit the touge on 38 degree c days before and yeah it was hot and a little sweaty but totally manageable and not disgusting.

Well, it was either the ZX-10R, the R1, GSXR-1000 or the 1299 Panigale. Test rode them all, and the Kawasaki just felt the best. The R1 felt too skittish, the GSXR felt like it wallowed coming out of corners, the Panigale was uncomfortable on my wrists, but the Kawasaki felt right pretty much immediately. Plus, the wheelie control, TRC and the rest of the electronics package on the ZX-10R just felt really refined, much less intrusive than I expected.
The only other competition was the S1000RR, but I've just never really liked them much.

Exactly why hex a shit. Motorcycles are very small machines. "Perfect 90 degree entry" is not always possible. For the header bolt they were too crowded for any of my hex keys. It would have been perfect for a wrench but nope. Don't blow your head up too much because you can use a Hex key in a perfect scenario guy. Hex bolts are shit for anything but an Ikea desk.

Yes, on a table in factory by a gook with a torque drill with an extension on it all shiny and rust free. Add 10+ years and try freeing a stuck bolt thats been welded by time and dirt the same way. There are Allen screws that you can have a perfect fit on and they will still strip out because years of abuse will do that to metal. It just weakens and disintegrates. I'm not saying that can't happen with a Hex bolt, but they are a lot more ways to get them out and you can get a better solid "grap" grip on them then an off balance inside grip.

I understand that, But when a countersunk is not needed, there is no reason to use an Allen head. In my case and many others, they were used to secure the header to the head. There is only one hillclimb in my area that I know of, and I'm not familiar with when the operate nor have I ever hillclimbed.
But, that is an idea and the cool thing is the swing arm on the DR is a three-piece so I could eventually do that.

It's an 07 SV650, was restricted to 47bhp a few months ago with a throttle stop but that's off now. Apparently they've already done valve shims, camshaft timing which was apparently off, and all the other standard service stuff
