>>
>>14980718
125 is illegal on freeways in the US for a reason

125 is trash for everything
250 is good for sustained 50-55mph without thrashing itself too bad.
350-450 is good for pretty much any roadways
650 bikes are usually old proven design tractors of engines and just go for years without a second glance

I was having fun beeping back at her.
>>

Pretty accurate, with some caveats. There are a a couple 650cc~ singles and parallel twins that lack pull at 80 though, so you're still wanting for passing power on some highways.

I'd rather be a cack-eyed awkward knob than you
For all your perfect teeth and hand jobs
I'd rather be the silently resentful weird one
Than the back-slapped, chest-poking, young gun
For every moment you've had of adolescent bliss
I've spent ten regretting everything I've missed
For every stroke, every goal, every glance and kiss
There were blows, failure, mockery and less
Yet I'd rather be me
You preening dumb tool
You vacuous, confident, ignorant, poor dumb tool
Who wants to be me? No one
You? They sell magazines with how-to guides
People shell out money, jog, get surgery but mainly just dream of the day
They will be more like you
Grass green, never greener, grows over the fence between us
Penis length I am sure is in your favour
Your penis, in fact, is the hero of the this and every other hour
And can access all orifice, stink box, blurter and growler
They didn't break the mould when they made you, mate
That mould was mass produced
Does it grate, that on every corner and every bar, there's you
You have never said one thing completely new
Not thought, one thought not thought before
You Cleo mag, Channel V as seen on TV bore
You school kids' idea of bliss
You teen idol
Package, Construct, Robot, Product, Lackey, Baggage
I'd would rather be me, despite my self-disappointment
I'd would rather be me, because of that disappointment
I'd would rather be me unknown, weak, bent and poor
I'd would rather be me with every mistake and flaw
I'd would rather be me because in the whole universe of us
In the galaxies of people, in the glowing incalculable nimbus
You provide the great system with naught
Whilst from afar, burning, lonely and nearly invisible
I, a star

there just isn't an issue until you made one.

You pull up, look her in the eye and rev your bike, then when she beeps her horn you start saying "what'd I do" when you are the one initiating it.

You need to learn to let go.

Remember that time R6 anon fought gollum?

>>

Ah cool, guess mashing the accelerator as soon as you notice someone is going to pass you and glaring at them when they pull up next to you is completely innocent.

Impossible to please everyone it seems :)

I was planning to race her when the light turned green, thats why I revved. She clearly thought her car was faster.

>>14981219
Then I'll try to fuck with the electrical system on my hyper and break it three times and then blame the brand, just for good measure. Good idea anon, I'll remember that.

yeah that's what car drivers do, there's no reason to get butthurt over it, she might not fight you but she's in a big car and you're on a bike. If she's a crackhead and decides to ram you you're FUCKED and I'm sure you've seen videos of butthurt car drivers doing it before.

Just let go, no ego while riding, nothing to bruise and get butthurt over. You're dwelling so much on her just accelerating even now it makes no sense.

She was probably just hoping to catch the yellow light anyway which is making this shit even more bizarre to me.

>>14981236
chronologically you were actually staring at her first.

Then later you follow her into a car park and make some weird gay gesture at her.

I literally don't understand how you can see yourself on the righteous side of this because you just come off like an idiot to me.

It's not the clutch that's fucked on the GSXR, it's the gearbox.

Second gear is probably stripped from too much flat/clutchless shifting at full throttle.

Hit an miss, you might have no problems with it or you have heaps.

They're made of components with short lifespans so if you're planning on keeping a bike for a while I'd look elsewhere.

They're heavier and less powerful than their competition and the suspension isn't as good either.

I wouldn't buy one unless it was brand new, that way you've got some semblance of warranty for if/when it goes pear-shaped.

SV650's are pretty cheap in the states, get one of those instead. Much better package overall and way more reliable as well.

Would not recommend/10

Wow. I thought the post was bait, but now I see you're serious.

The seat lock is there to keep your seat on, yes, but not to prevent seat theft. You'd have to be a full on nigger to want to steal a fucking bike seat.
Under your seat will either be a space for storage, or it will give you access to things like your battery or any other intricacies of you bike (expose some screws to remove your gas tank, perhaps?).
You must be new to the world of bikes. Spend some time getting to know your bike and don't be afraid of unscrewing stuff to see what's going on!

Pick one.

All bikes lean, not all bikes lean equally.
>>
>>14982014
Who taught you to ride with your high beams on? I get trying to be visible, but you're just going to blind oncoming traffic.
>>
>>14982033
He meant during the day, obviously.
>>
>>14981989
I'm pretty sure it's to keep someone from stealing your battery or whatever is stored under your seat, rather than the seat itself.
>>
>>14982033
I ride pretty much 70% of the time during the day so the extra brightness is for visibility, exactly.

I was taught by my dad when I was 14 on my first bike to always ride with high beam on, and it was reinforced by MSF instructors and pretty much everyone I've ever ridden with. I seriously don't think I've ever met anyone who DOESN'T always have high beam on [unless at night obv]
>>
>>14982033

Not the tripfag, but I've been told that by people and seen other riders do so since even though they may blind traffic (which when I drive my car I fucking hate) they make others aware of them. I get what people say when they mention this, but there's better ways of going about it like upgraded lighting/more lights.

was removing these things from my old windscreen to put my new tinted one on. I took them out ok but holy fucking moly it is impossible to get them back in.

The slot they go into is angled and recessed, its fucking retardedly difficult. I was using a tiny flathead screwdriver and almost got it at one point but it stabbed through the rubber. After that it was all over, every attempt further fucked it up and eventually separated a piece.

It seemed like if the top part is just removed completely i can still just thread the screw through and have no issues, will it cause it to be loose or rattle or something?

Most bikes are pretty quiet with the factory exhaust, aftermarket exhausts will only make it louder.

Any four-stroke single or twin up to 650 or so cc should make for a fine bike. There are a few four cylinder bikes that are good as well (FZ6R, for instance) so I guess as long as you stay under 80~ish hp you should be fairly fine.
>>
>>14982204

Alternatively dish soap as lube.

Use carpenter clamps to put even pressure all around, or a single clamp distributed from middle working edges down to keep it from binding.
