That boot hasn't moved in 30 years, it has like 10 zipties.

I did get into a neat little accident a while back but this only started happening randomly. To be honest, family, my bike just randomly leaks oil, coolant, and gas, whenever it feels like and magically stops. This isn't affecting performance but i'm worried a recent backfire might have 86'd my carb.

Have you checked the valve clearances?

Checking valve clearances is easy. The harder bit is changing the shims if it is a shim under bucket setup, as you need to remove the camshafts to get to the bucket and shims.

Taking the cams out isn't even a big deal as long as they have timing marks. I much preferred checking/adjusting the DOHC shim style valves than the SOHC screw+jam nut style valves in my thumpers. Mainly because the radiators made it super hard to get to the exhaust valves on the SOHC engine.

Has anyone ever bought a bike from ebay? Like, if I buy it do I just pay and go pick it up, or will the seller want me to pay him cash when I go pick up the bike?

Also, about buying a bike, is it the same as buying a car? Just get the title and register the bike at dmv and that's it? I've heard people selling bikes and then the new owner getting tickets sent to the previous owner or something like that, not sure how all of that works.

Don't buy and have it shipped, that's gay.

Tbph I'm leaning way more towards physics than maths, particularly when all there is to do is fitting a bunch of equations together and ending up with something monstrous like x=tbphfam/ay^2lmao and seeing everything cancel out until all that's left is the exact thing you're looking for.

>>14219699
Tfw you get all the way to eeloo, jettison the last stage and unity physics fucks up and tears your vessel apart
Tfw you accidentally enter the atmosphere of laythe at 10 km/s and burn up before heat was even implemented (turns out 180 degree inclination is not the right way to rendezvous)
Tfw you successfully rescue crew on a dead vessel in impact trajectory
>>
>>14219732
tfw you botch your mun landing and have to send in a rescue crew
tfw you botch the landing and have to send in a rescue crew to rescue the rescue crew

Get home safe and well, ystävä
>>
>>14219784
Fuck the mun tho. Minmus is where it's at. Particularly now that you can use it as a refueling outpost
>tfw you have to redirect a class E asteroid onto the surface of kerbin
>tfw you find one that's already on a collision course
>tfw you arm your vessel with like a million parachutes to slow down the fall and use the asteroid as a heat shield
>tfw it enters pretty much straight down and burns up either way

>get an order for 1500 units of ore from minmus
>collect
>fly home
>the tank gets destroyed via lithobraking
>>
>>14219826
So how do you pull off getting an asteroid into atmosphere without destroying it? Retro rockets that fire high up?
>>
>>14219845
A really, really shallow entry. So shallow you'll barely slow down enough to stabilise the orbit on the first loop.
Then send like ten vessels made entirely of parachutes and a grabbing arm to help with slowing down in the lower atmosphere

Honestly the only thing that felt weird to me was the steering. It has electronic power steering and it's oddly twitchy on the highway. Maybe I'm just too used to sloppy steering from all my old ass cars kek.

It's a 2013 with 19k on it, looked factory new in and out. Guy's asking $18.5k for it

He has another one, fully loaded CVT, he said he hates the CVT but that's his wife's car and he just drives his truck these days.

Not sure yet, gonna talk to the wife about it. She was working when I went to look at it.

I doubt I'd be able to talk him down at all. Apparently some other lady drove it and loved it, told him to call her before he sold it to anyone. May have just been a sales tactic though.
>>
>>14220147
that's an entry level sales tactic. how long has it been listed for? If the other lady likes it so much, she'd have bought it now. you know when you want something, thaty the decision has been made for the most part. he's just trying to slang that shit badly.

Little fat man who sold his soul,

Little fat man who sold his dream ...

Pathetic little fat man,

No one’s bloody laughing,

The clown that no one laugh’s at,

They all just wish he’d die.

He’s so depressed at being hated,

Fatso takes his own life,

He blows his stupid brains out,

But the twat would probably miss.

He sold his soul for a shot at fame,

Catchphrase and wigs and the jokes are lame,

He’s got no style, he’s got no grace,

He’s banal and facile, he’s a fat waste of space

The little fat man with the pug-nosed face, Pug, pug, pug, pug

I would be greentexting liek a mofo if I dropped my bike. The only time I came close was when I whiskey throttled it during the test ride, right in front of the seller. Somehow I managed to get it on both wheels. The guy asked me if I'd ever ridden a bike before and seemed very nervous about selling it to me lol

Sadly I haven't been able to do any real shitbiking as of yet. I live in Houston currently and there's not many spots for some good hooning/camping. Might take a trip up to the national forest that's like 2 or 3 hours out of the city one weekend, but I gotta make it go around my work schedule.
