The weather turned shitty with subzero temperatures and rain and I don't own a garage so I had to leave it at mom's house. And since I only visit there every 2 weeks or less often, I drained the carbs, filled the tank, removed the battery and cleaned the bike.
The weekends I'm there I'm either busy as fuck with christmas coming up and housework needing to be done, I can't be bothered cleaning the bike after just one short ride and don't want to leave the bike dirty for weeks when I'm not there either.
Fuck I hate this. At least I'll be there writing my Bachelor thesis starting on christmas so if the weather allows, I'll do some riding.

If they're wearing unevenly that sounds like there's another issue with the calipers or rotors. Check the whole braking system and troubleshoot for any further faults, and if there aren't any replace both rotors so they go at the same time next time.

They even still have the some of the hone marks on the braking surface, just one side of the disc is scored.

If they're reasonably new like you say then I'd only change the rotor that's damaged. Is the pad damaged as well? If so you may want to change the pads. Bear in mind I've got a single rotor as a primary bike so I haven't had much to do with uneven wear like this.
