The Miata and Rx7 don't share many components. A rotary coupe Miata wouldn't jut be an Rx7. That said, they could probably never justify having an Rx7 and a rotary Miata in a line up. A turbo piston engine Miata coupe would be pretty bad ass any ways.

No. The Rx8 and NC shared a chassis, the NDs chassis and suspension was completely reworked. The front suspension is pretty much the same, but that's about it.

An F1 (let's say a classic) could only ever be used on a track. It'd also be sketchy as fuck and likely to kill you. Not to mention the tens of thousands of dollars in support you'd require every time you go out to a track. Also you'd need a track big enough for an F1 car.
