The point of the music here (Slamming Brutal Death Metal, as a genre) is not to have good lyrics. You have to see the Vocal Chords as an instrument in itself, just like a guitar, bass or drum, not necessarily as an means to say words, but as an accessory instrument to create a Brutal, Beastly, Demonic ambiance. The sounds created using these vocal chords are unique to the genre and imply feelings like anger, hatred, violent thoughts, etc., through another technique than normal discussion. It is not music for everybody, as is Death Metal, as is Classical, as is Country/Western music, as is Blues and Rock... If it displeases to anyone's ears, this person has no obligation to continue listening and can go on to another genre, (without having to coment that: "It isn't music"). By the way, listening to Slamming Brutal Death Metal in no way implies you need mental health care or aren't musically diversified, as some of us do listen to pretty much everything. The only problem is the lack of respect generally delivered to people listening to violent music, because it is different than anything imaginable to them.

I don't mind Loudwire. Whether you agree with their authors' opinions or not, they aren't pretentious about it - they usually just try to get other people to discuss their own opinions, and the site as a whole tries to do something unique with it's lists.
