is it fine to plug a condenser right into an xlr port on a mixer without a cable and use phantom power? if i'm going to record sounds somewhere with plug outlets then i can bring the mixer there and eliminate the need for a mic stand an an xlr cable in my portable setup

Weirdly enough, I like it

I would do something different with the door-closing-like sound around :08. The one that mirrors the beat.

Maybe replace it with a soft kick. I get this nice industrial techno feel from it. Almost rob zombie like.
